Leadership Academy is a virtual, multi-faceted program designed to help leaders be more effective in these uncertain times. A series of modules are assembled to form the Leadership Academy that addresses the critical skills needed for leaders; Conviction, Clarity, Courage and Compassion, the 4 C’s.
Each session is experiential and provides up to 20 participants with maximum opportunity for interaction, fun and learning using technology to facilitate the experience. This interactive program uses role playing, exercises, breakout sessions and industry leading assessments. Attendees receive pertinent articles and homework after each session.
Participants are paired with a peer partner for accountability to help support their goals and deepen the learning. The Leadership Academy is fully customizable with a variety of modules to choose from including:
