Combined with over 20 years of practical business experience, in sales and marketing, and leading global teams; Shelley knows what it takes to grow your top talent and deliver measurable results.
Shelley is the author of You Think You’re Coaching, But You’re Not! and is passionate about transforming leaders into leader coaches who build high performing teams.

Shelley is an active member of the Rotary Club of Buckhead, a past board member of TAG, Technology Association of Georgia’s Women in Technology and member of the HR Society; BDN, Board of Directors Network; NAWBO, National Association of Women Business Owners; ICF, International Coaches Federation; National Speakers Association and SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management and on-air talent for GPB TV (Georgia Public Broadcasting).
